Latino Leadership Matters—And Massachusetts Has Work to Do!

Grace Moreno, an ex officio member of Unidos in Power’s Executive Committee, joined WBUR to discuss the coalition’s first annual Representation Report, which highlights a critical gap: although Latinos make up 15% of the state’s population, they hold only 3.7% of executive roles in Massachusetts state agencies.
